Notes: Recently, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma revealed a statue of the medieval-era Ahom army commander, Lachit Borphukan.
He also unveiled Swahid Smarak and Udyan, which is being developed in memory of the martyrs of Assam Agitation located within the Narengi Military Station in Guwahati. Both of these structures were financed by the Government of Assam.
