Notes: Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji was executed at Chandni Chowk, Delhi in 1675 by Aurangzeb for opposing forcible conversions of Hindus in Kashmir. He was the ninth Sikh Guru and succeeded by his son, Guru Gobind Singh Ji. His martyrdom strengthened the Sikh community’s resistance to Mughal oppression.
