Answer: Parvarish Yojana (Child Raising Scheme)
Notes: This scheme was launched to provide grants to families and organizations that are taking care of orphans, deprived and some group of disabled children. Under the scheme, Children who have not attained 18 years of age and those who are being cared for by their next of kin, are eligible for this grant. Eligible children aged below 6 years will receive a monthly emolument of Rs 600, while eligible children aged above 6 years and below 18 would receive a monthly emolument of Rs 1000.
