Notes: Recently, the Ministry of Minority Affairs released pending payments under Maulana Azad National Fellowship (MANF) after a delay of seven months. MANF is a five-year fellowship providing financial aid to six notified minority communities – Muslims, Buddhists, Christians, Jains, Parsis, and Sikhs. It supports students pursuing regular and full-time M.Phil and Ph.D. courses within India. Nodal Ministry is the Ministry of Minority Affairs. The scheme is implemented by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
