Notes: Recognizing its efforts to control tobacco consumption, the World Health Organization (WHO) has selected Jharkhand for the World No Tobacco Day (WNTD) Award-2022. Jharkhand's National Tobacco Control Program (NTCP) Nodal Officer Lalit Ranjan Pathak said on May 29 that the Stata Tobacco Control Cell of the Health Department would receive the award on the occasion of World No Tobacco Day in New Delhi on May 31.
