Notes: Uttarakhand is celebrating its 22nd state foundation day on November 9. Uttarakhand was formed on the same day in 2000, as 27th state of India. The state is divided into Garhwal and Kumoan divisions. Several programs were held in various parts of the state to mark the occasion.
