Notes: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has topped the ‘Grievance Redressal Index’ published by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). This is the third month in a row when UIDAI has topped the rankings. The UIDAI also launched a new AI/ML based chatbot named ‘Aadhaar Mitra’. The new Chatbot comes with enhanced features like - checking Aadhaar enrollment status, information on enrollment centre location among others.
