These are a complex of seventy-seven Buddhist rock-cut caves which dates from 5th to 14th century, lies in the Flaming Mountains to the north-east of Taklamakan Desert in the Xinjiang Region of China. These caves houses several mural paintings of Buddha and one such painting is the famous "Pranidhi Scene" murals of Cave 20 of the Bezeklik Caves.
