A replica of Raigad Fort was created for the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas parade in Kevadiya to highlight Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's bravery and warfare. Raigad Fort is located in the Raigad district of Maharashtra. The fort is surrounded by valleys formed by the Kal and Gandhari rivers and stands alone without links to nearby hills. British historian Grant Duff compared Raigad to the Rock of Gibraltar, calling it the "Gibraltar of the East."
