Notes: ‘Operation Kawach’ has been launched to crack down the menace of drugs in the national capital. Under this operation, the Delhi Police apprehended a total of 776 individuals involved in drug offenses.
These arrests were made in connection with 615 cases related to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS). The police have successfully seized approximately 36 kilograms of heroin so far.
