Notes: Recently the state's first 'Climate Change Learning Lab' has been opened in Patna district of Bihar. Environment, Forest, and Climate Change Department Minister Neeraj Kumar Singh 'Bablu' opened the Climate Change Learning Lab (CCLL). The lab is supported by the European Union, co-founded by the German Federal Ministry, and run by GIZ. Its goal is to interactively disseminate all relevant climate change-related information to relevant stakeholders, such as students, youth, government officials, and NGOs, in support of the project "Strategic partnership for the implementation of the Paris Agreement."
