There are six major schools of Vedic philosophy which are Nyaya, Vaisheshika, Sankhya, Yoga, Mimamsa, and Vedanta.
Maharishi Gautam composed the philosophy of Nyaya, Maharishi Kanad composed the philosophy of Vaisheshika, Maharishi Kapil composed the philosophy of Sankhya, Maharishi Patanjali composed the philosophy of Yoga, Maharishi Jaimini composed the philosophy of Mimamsa and Maharishi Vyas composed the philosophy of Vedanta.
