The 21st edition of Exercise Yudh Abhyas 2025 between India and the United States ended after two weeks on 14 September. It was held at Fort Wainwright and the Yukon Training Area in Alaska from 1–14 September. Around 450 Indian Army personnel, led by a Madras Regiment battalion, trained with the US Army’s 11th Airborne Division. The exercise included command post operations, joint planning, command and control at brigade and battalion levels. Combined tactical operations were conducted in sub-Arctic terrain with infantry, artillery, aviation, electronic warfare, and counter-drone systems.
