Answer: Sravasti
Notes: Sravasti was the capital city of the kingdom of Kosala. Buddha spent most of his monastic life (25 years) in Sravasti. During that time, the king of Kosala, Prasenjit became a disciple of Buddha. The main monasteries in Sravasti were Jetavana and the Pubbarama. According to tradition, Buddha spent 19 rainy seasons in Jetavana monastery and six in Pubbarama monastery.
