Notes: Bhola Paswan Shastri was the first Harijan Chief Minister of Bihar. He became the Chief Minister of Bihar three times. He became Chief Minister for the first time on 22 March 1968 but his tenure was very short which ended on 29 June, 1968. He became Chief Minister for second time for 13 days in 1969 and for the third time in 1971 for 7 months.
