Started in 2005 this scheme has been successful for Kharmor. If any farmer notices male Kharmor in the month of July in his farm he is gvien Rs 1,000 and if he shows again ‘ that it stayed there upto September-October then again Rs 4,000 is given to him.For Sone birds preservation informer is given a award of Rs10,000 for giving information of watching Sone-eggs and making them secured until hatching.
