Notes: Hockey Jharkhand won the 15th Hockey India Sub Junior Women National Championship 2025 by defeating Hockey Association of Odisha 1-0 in the final. The final was held at Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh AstroTurf Hockey Stadium, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Hockey Haryana won the Bronze medal after a 3-3 draw and a 5-4 shootout win against Hockey Mizoram.
