Fault scarp is an offset on the ground surface where one side of a fault has moved vertically with respect to the other. It is a topographic feature associated with tectonic landforms.
Faceted Spur or truncated spur is a spur which is a ridge that descends towards a valley floor. It ends in an inverted V-face. They are formed by active faulty especially normal faulting producing triangular facets.
