Notes: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the ‘Soil Health Card’ scheme on 19th February, 2015 at Suratgarh in Rajasthan. The scheme has completed seven years. More than 23 crore soil health cards have been distributed to farmers till date. The card provides information to farmers on nutrient status of their soil along with recommendation on appropriate dosage of nutrients.
