Notes: Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Scheme was launched 24th of February in 2019 to provide income support to all landholding farmer’s families. Under the Scheme, an amount of Rs 6000 per year is transferred in three equal installments of two thousand rupees directly into the bank accounts of the farmers. Over 1.80 lakh crore rupees have been transferred directly, under PM KISAN scheme.
