Which of the above statements is/are correct?

Answer: Only 1 and 2
Notes: The Cyber Appellate Tribunal has been established under the Information Technology Act under the aegis of Controller of Certifying Authorities (C.C.A.). It possesses the same powers as a civil court for the purposes of discharging its functions under the I.T. Act. Initially, the Tribunal consisted of one person, the Presiding Officer. However, the Act was subsequently amended in 2008 altering the composition of the Tribunal. The Presiding Officer is now known as the Chairperson, and the Central Government can appoint multiple members to the Tribunal.
