Notes: Meghalaya Games 2024, inaugurated by President Droupadi Murmu, symbolizes unity and harmony in the state. The games are being organized at PA Sangma Stadium at Tura, Meghalaya. One of the aims of the Meghalaya Games is to revive and highlight traditional sports of Meghalaya state. Participants from all districts will compete in three games: Mawpoin, a Khasi game where teams raise stone pyramids to eliminate opponents; Rah Mukhrah, a Jaintia game of carrying heavy rocks across a finishing line to achieve the "Ki Mar" title; and Wa'pong Sika, a Garo game of pushing bamboo poles towards the opposing team's goal.
