Notes: Kanjli Wetland is in Kapurthala, Punjab. It became a Ramsar site in 2002, covers 490 ha, and was created on the Kali Bein river in 1870. It supports many bird and fish species, aids agriculture, and is one of Punjab’s three Ramsar wetlands.
