Notes: In Microsoft Excel, pressing the Ctrl and any arrow key (north, east, south, or west), jumps the cursor to the last populated cell in that direction. So, Ctrl + down arrow key is used to jump to the last cell in a column before a blank cell. This keyboard shortcut just mimics the PageDown key.
