Q. If the President issues Proclamation of emergency at a time when Lok Sabha has been dissolved, what happens to such proclamation?

It can be effected with approval from Rajya Sabha
Notes: When National emergency is proclaimed in such a case, Rajya Sabha needs to approve it first.Then whenever Lok Sabha constitutes, it has to pass the resolution for the same within 30 days from its first meeting.
