March 30, 2016 at 11:53 amHello Swapnil, de jure means “by law”. De facto means “as a matter of fact”. We don;t pay any Carbon Tax (or a tax which is by law named so) but we pay clean energy cess, road cess etc. Each of them is practically or as a mater of fact is a carbon tax.
