What in your opinion will be the effect of landholding limit which has been lifted by the government and extension of PM-KISAN scheme to all the farmers?

The Central Government has decided for extending the benefit of Rs. 6000 per year under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme to all the farmers in the country which number to 14.5 lakhs. The Union Ministry for Agriculture has asked all the state governments in the country to find all the beneficiaries as per the existing factors of exclusion. Latter comprise all the institutional landholders, farmer families which hold constitutional posts, all the farmers who comprise serving and retired officers and other employees of State and Central government, PSUs and even the Autonomous Bodies of the Government. Even professionals like doctors and engineers who have a monthly pension of Rs. 10,000 and have paid ITR in the last assessment year are not eligible for benefits.
