After the commencement of the constitution of India there is a strong demand for the reform in judiciary of India as well as the independence of judiciary from other organ of of the govt. AS PER SUPREME COURT OF INDIA THAT JUDICIAL REVIEW IS NECESSARY TO CHECK ARBITRARINESS AND A HIGH COURT JUDGE CAN BE TRANSFERRED ONLY ON PUBLIC INTEREST AND THAT THE ONLY AFFECTED JUDGE CAN QUESTION IT.BUT DUE TO POLITICAL INTEREFERRENCE
