Relevance of Cognitive Intelligence in civil services

Cognitive Intelligence is defined as the ability to compute or calculate or solve complex problems based on logics and reasons. It is mainly required in industrial and scientific research works.
The civil service forms foundation of the governance. The governance to be responsive, inclusive and sustainable it must be based on objectivity, rationality and impartiality. The cognitive intelligence in the civil service aids the civil servants in designing and implementation of the tasks in a transparent manner. This enhances the transparency and objectivity of the governance. The increased objectivity and transparency in governance builds the inclusiveness and legitimacy of governance.
