How should the government tackle the religion-specific unemployability rates? Comment.

The Ministry of Minority Affairs has submitted the data from the Periodic Labour Force Survey for 2017-18 to enumerate the fact that unemployment rates also vary among religious groups irrespective of gender. Most of the socio-economic and educational schemes of the Central Government are directed towards the lower strata of society and there is a special focus on minorities.
Employability of notified minorities via various schemes of empowerment is a prime focus of the government. Each minority has special statistics which cannot be ignored and schemes which will be tailored factoring in the religion-specific woes are very important. There is no need for special quotas but a general policy which will plug the gaps and lets these minorities get into mainstream education and employment.
