About Rojgar Bazaar

Rojgar Bazaar 1.0 was launched in 2020. It helped the unemployed youths in Delhi largely. It advertised ten lakh jobs and 14 lakh job seekers. It became “Lifeline” of the unemployed in Delhi. According to Delhi Government, the e-commerce service providers such as Amazon, Flipkart, bankers such as HDFC had also made registrations.

Rojgar Bazaar 2.0

The Rojgar Bazaar 2.0 provides career guidance, job matching and skill training. It also offers skill credentialing and automated analytics services. Under Rojgar Bazaar 2.0, the Delhi Government launched physical centres. These centres will increase the access to the portal. They will help the unemployed youths to get registered. And also assist them in getting suitable jobs. This is the main added feature in Rojgar Bazaar 2.0. This is important because, the second version of the portal carries Artificial Intelligence technologies with it.

Role of AI in Rojgar Bazaar 2.0

The portal will provide employer verification for matching jobs using Artificial Intelligence techniques. It will also provide automated analytics services, skill credentials.
