Sanjay Mitra committee to oversee bifurcation of J&K
The Union Government has constituted a 3-member committee to look into distribution of assets and liabilities of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) between Union territories of J&K and Ladakh, which will officially come into existence on October 31. The committee will be chaired by former defence secretary Sanjay Mitra.
