Rs 28,000 cr Annual Plan outlay for Bihar: Planning Commission

The Planning Commission approved an Annual Plan outlay of Rs 28,000 crore for Bihar for the current fiscal. The plan was finalized at a meeting in New Delhi between the Commission’s Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
