Model Floriculture Centre is centre for developing floriculture (flower cultivation) and its foundation stone was recently laid at Bagh-e-Bhour in Jammu by Baseer Ahmad Khan, Adviser to Lieutenant Governor. It is to be established in 3 years at a cost of 444.53 lakh INR. It is to have features like poly green houses, hydrant system, high mast lights and a solar plant. The centre is expected to benefit the local population.
