The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has successfully launched advanced weather satellite INSAT-3DR. The satellite was launched on board of Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV-F05), from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.
