Government of India appoints P.S. Raghavan as the next Russian Ambassador
Government of India appointed P.S. Raghvan as the next Ambassador of India to Russia. Raghvan, who is an IFS officer of 1979 batch, is presently serving as the Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). He will take the position of outgoing Ajai Malhotra, who will retire on November 30, 2013.
