Homeland Security Dialogue

Homeland Security Dialogue is a bilateral dialogue conducted between India and the USA. The dialogue takes place between US Department of Homeland Security and India’s Ministry of Home Affairs. It involves discussions on cybersecurity, extremism and emerging technology. It was first conducted in 2011 in India and the 2nd dialogue was conducted in 2013 in Washington DC. It was later discontinued by the Trump administration. The dialogue is set to be revived.
