Eagles guitarist Glenn Frey passes away

Eagles guitarist Glenn Frey passed away in New York City from complications arising from rheumatoid arthritis, colitis and pneumonia. He was 67.
He was founding member and guitarist of the American rock band Eagles along with Don Henley, Bernie Leadon and Randy Meisner.

About Glenn Frey

  • Glenn Frey was also one of the primary singers of the Eagles which was one of the most successful bands of the 1970s.
  • With the band he was lead vocalist on famous songs such as Peaceful Easy Feeling, Take It Easy, Tequila Sunrise, Heartache Tonight, Already Gone etc.
  • After leaving Eagles in 1980, he had embarked his successful solo career.
  • His debut album as solo singer was No Fun Aloud in 1982. Later he recorded Top 40 hits like Smuggler’s Blues, The One You Love, Sexy Girl, The Heat Is On, etc.
