Garuda-VI

Garuda-VI is a bilateral exercise between the Indian and French Air Force. The sixth edition of the exercise is being planned at French Air Force Base, Mont-de-Marsan.

The bilateral exercise will promote professional interaction, exchange experiences and operational knowledge besides strengthening bilateral relations with the French Air Force. It will also provide a good opportunity for the
air warriors to operate in an international environment.

Indian contingent comprising 120 air-warriors and four Su-30 MKI, IL-78 Flight Refueling aircraft along with a C-17 strategic lift aircraft which will provide the logistic support to the contingent during the induction and de-induction phase shall participate during the exercise.
