GAN or Generative Adversarial Networks is a technology that is being used to create more realistic deepfakes. It makes use of 2 artificial intelligence algorithms, one of which creates the fake content and the other grades the content. This acts as a feedback loop and helps the system learn to create accurate deepfakes. The technology can even create fake human beings and it is virtually impossible to determine if these creations are real or fake.
