Deep Space Network

Deep Space Network (DSN) is the world’s largest and most sensitive scientific telecommunication system operated by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. It has three facilities located at equal distance from each other in California (US), Madrid (Spain) and Canberra (Australia). It enables communication with spacecraft anywhere in the Solar System at all times during the Earth’s rotation. Recently, an additional antenna was added to DSN to connect space robots exploring the Solar System.
