First China-CELAC Forum ministerial meeting concludes in Beijing

First ministerial meeting of the Forum of China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) concluded in Beijing.
It was two-day meeting and was co-chaired by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Costa Rican counterpart, Manuel Gonzalez Sanz.
First China-CELAC Forum ministerial meeting passed three major documents:

  • Beijing Declaration.
  • Five-year cooperation plan.
  • Regulations on the China-CELAC forum.

Both sides also reached a consensus on deepening political mutual trust, expanding cooperation and promoting development of the forum.
On the concluding day it was announced that forum’s next meeting will be held in Chile in 2018.
Implication of this forum: It is considered as historical meeting as it launched to improve overall cooperation between China and countries in Latin America and the Caribbean region.  It will also build a closer CELAC-China relationship and benefit people from both sides.
Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC)
CELAC is a regional bloc of Latin American and Caribbean countries. It was outcome of Rio Group–Caribbean Community Unity Summit.
It was created in 2011, in Caracas, Venezuela, with the signature of The Declaration of Caracas.
This bloc consists of 33 sovereign countries as its members in the southern American region representing around 600 million people.

    This is a sincere thank you note.I just want everyone to know what you have done to me sir.
    hi all I am ravi,an aspirant .I accidentally transferred an amount of 40,000Rs to mr.suresh soni’s bank account,which was already in my payee list.i thought it to be my uncle’s(also suresh) account.
    i contacted bank as soon as i came to know of this.

    mr.suresh kumar soni was very kind and showed his depth in character as well.
    he transferred back the amount immediately.

    sir it was huge amount for me.

    you made my belief true that god resides within us,not in temples .i see god in you sir,i cant thank you enough.

    hope you carry-on doing good and be path of good.
