On June 16, 2022 the Union Government announced a coastal clean-up initiative for 75 beaches in 2022. Highlights This was announced by Union Minister Jitendra Singh, during a meeting held at Prithvi Bhawan, Ministry of Earth Sciences in New Delhi.
