Balakumaran (71), the veteran Tamil novelist, has passed away in Chennai, Tamil Nadu on May 15, 2018. He was famous for his novels like ‘Mercury Pookal’ and ‘Irumbu Kuthiraigal’ which earned him a good fan following.
