Anil Goswami: New secretary, Ministry of Social Justice

Anil Goswami, a 1978-IAS officer took over as the new Secretary of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment in the ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. He was Special Secretary (Foreigners) in the ministry of Home Affairs.  Mr Goswami replaces KM Acharya, who retired on 30th of last month.
