Bureau of Civil Aviation Security

The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security or BCAS is an attached office under the Union Ministry of Civil Aviation. It is the implementing body for the security components of Chicago Convention. Its function is to regulate the security aspects of the civil aviation sector.
