WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange got arrested in London

Julian Assange, founder of WikiLeaks was taken into custody by London’s Metropolitan Police on 11th April, 2019, at the Ecuadorian Embassy. This charge carries a possible prison sentence of up to 12 months. Julian has been accused of stemming from his alleged role in what the US Justice Department calls “one of the largest compromises of classified information in the history of the US.” The arrest took place in the embassy after Ecuador withdrew asylum.
