US warship spotted in South China Sea

A US Navy warship carrying large number of F – 35 fighter jets was seen in the South China sea. The US ship wasp carried at least 10 F – 35 fighter jets more than the usual load of 6. The Nationals reported that the warship is testing the war fighting concept known as “Lighting Carrier”. The warship is to participate in the Exercise Balikatan 2019, an exercise between US and Philippines.
