US reaches H-1B Visa cap for year 2020
The US Citizenship and Immigration Services has reached mandated 65,000 H-1B visa cap for the year 2020 in just 5 days since 1st April. This happened aftermath of getting sufficient number of petitions for the work visa among foreign, including Indian, professionals. The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that facilitates the US companies to employ foreign workers in specific occupations that require theoretical and technical expertise.
