Book chronicling Vice President Naidu’s 2 years in office released

The book titled ‘Listening, Learning and Leading’, based on M. Venkaiah Naidu’s two years in office as Vice President of India was launched by Union Minister for Home Affairs, Amit Shah in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The function was hosted by Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar.

About ‘Listening, Learning, and Leading’ Book

The book captures glimpses of Vice President’s 330 public engagements across all states and Union Territories of the country during last two year period.

As of now, Vice-President M. Venkaiah Naidu has delivered 61 convocation addresses, interacted with students on 35 occasions, delivered 25 special lectures and visited 97 scientific and technological research institutions throughout length and breadth of country.

The book chronicling M K Naidu’s two years in office contains Naidu’s important diplomatic engagements, including his visits to 19 countries, in 4 continents.

It showcases his achievements as Rajya Sabha Chairman and initiatives taken by him to enhance effectiveness and promote efficiency of Upper House.

He is 1st Indian vice-president to visit Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Malta.
